Capturing the Views

YarrowBay assembled three separate plats to create this 275 home community on 80 acres near the upscale city of Mill Creek in Snohomish County. The site's idyllic natural setting and outstanding views are its greatest assets, but serious terrain, wetlands, and infrastructure issues presented significant obstacles to its optimum development.

YarrowBay's team, which includes specialists in Puget Sound terrain issues, solved the site's problems with an innovative land plan that mitigated steep slopes by extensive terracing and accommodated a lift station along with a 1,400-linear-foot, off-site sewer main.

Outlook Ridge today is a distinctive new residential community in a highly desirable location, with more than 35 acres of recreational and open space and a beautiful setting that maximizes the views of Mount Baker and the Cascade Mountains.
